Long typical banking interview process with a lot of bloat from assessments, one zoom call then a final interview with team and leads. Was applying to the academy program, the process was straight forward but took a long time. The final intern was in the NJ office, so NY based applicant will need to commute for that 1 hour (yep.) Opted to hire internally as seen on linkedin. One of the leads did not show up for the final interview and team members were disinterested on interviewing me, felt disrespectful.
