I reached out to a friend to learn more about the job opening and he was able to get me in touch with the hiring manager for a phone interview to learn more about the details of the position. I also had a phone interview with an HR manager who was very thorough in setting the stage and helping me understand the MX recruiting process. I then went through a couple hours of back-to-back Zoom interviews and chatted with the hiring manager again as well as multiple directors on the marketing team. The following week I had another couple of Zoom interviews with leaders of other teams at the company to discuss the culture of MX. The entire interview process took about 3 weeks. Overall, I had a very good interview experience. The HR rep I worked with was incredibly helpful. She was extremely transparent about the process and willing to answer any questions I might have. The interview process with MX is one of the better experiences I've had.
