I recently interviewed with them, and the experience was genuinely positive. Both the recruiter and the hiring manager made the conversations very engaging and professional. It was clear that they value interpersonal skills and know how to create a comfortable environment, going beyond just assessing technical expertise. Overall, the process felt thoughtful, respectful, and very people-oriented. I didn't get the job, but I had the chance to do the art test and got feedback as well.
