Very negative experience. The interview process started in Nov 2017 with a phone screen. The recruiting process was chaotic. Various people in the HR department contacted me and did not seem to be communicating with each other. One of my interviews was cancelled on very short notice and then rescheduled. After a phone screen + 2 in-person interviews + a 3 hour exam, the recruiter arranged to set up a call with me. She then failed to call. She then tried to get detailed salary information out of me, which was clearly to be used in their salary negotiations with a different candidate. Finally, after all my time spent interviewing with them, they did not have the decency to call to let me know that I would not be getting a job offer. Extremely unprofessional. Avoid Macquarie.
