First is phone interview by recruiter. Next is the Tech interview by Senior Developer. The Final interview is by the Country head (who has technical background so still asked some tech questions aside from situational ones). There is the psychometric test and the HR offer.

I told her Im approaching another offer. She said if I were you I would accept the existing the offer.
