Mactac interview questions

Interview process was very professional. They were informative and answered all my questions. They gave me a real sense of the days to days of what the job will be.

The interview process with Mactac was thorough. I had a phone interview with HR and proceeded to a phone interview with the sales manager. While I had not ever taken a personality test for a job interview in the past, this took a few hours to complete and I found it fascinating. Upon completion, I was asked to conduct a panel of in person interviews 3 hours long with 7 people, followed by another phone interview. I found the entire process refreshing and seamless. They want to find employees who will come on board and continue their legacy of tenured employees.
