I saw the job advertised online and I subsequently rang to see if there was positions still a available,I then sent off a cv and got a interview over the phone.the interview was friendly.

Send a resume in online and they will call you if you are hired. There is possibly phone interview depends on the position you apply to. I have met so many very weak manager class, so interview should not be so difficult.
