Maidstone Borough Council interview questions

I was invited on interview online. Interview has place not in council building. They should prepare map with instructions instead of note on door which will be clarify only for regular workers. Several questions from 2 guys, one of them were manager, another one HR waster of time. Untypical useful test "how quick you can find a differences" in a small book. Daily people wasting hours of working time on stupid conversations and do you really think that I am going to working quicker that it is required?
