MailerLite Software Engineer interview questions

The interview was really smooth and interesting. First of all, instead of sending them my CV, they wanted me to send a newsletter built with their own tool, which I thought is a great idea. Got a reply the very next day, that they are reviewing the applications and will get back to me. Couple more days passed and I received a code test, which was interesting and relevant to what I was applying for. Couple of days after that, they contacted me to setup a video call (the position was remote) with the CEO, and we had a chat the very next day. All of this happened in 1 week, which was really, really fast compared to other companies. After that, they took a couple of more weeks to make a decision, but kept me updated throughout the process. Honestly the best interview process I have ever had.
