no need for this tab.....if we judge what the work and job they offering the questions asked are quite irrelevant.....time consuming process

Telephonic interview took place and then selected, asked some easy question that what you did this weekend, what are you planning to do next. It took place for around 30 mins

Interview
I appeared for the campus drive of Maintec technologies.There was no criteria for marks.The process was Basically divided into 3 stages:
1)GD
2)Extempore
3)PI
In GD they gave a topic that 'Are engineers pursuing MBA good for the future of the nation'.
Extempore round was a surprise as it wasn't told about earlier.
Then the HR took PI of the students who cleared the extempore round.
It seemed that they were looking for mass recruitment.

Question 1
First of all in extempore they gave easy topics to speak about for 2-3 minutes.
And later they Selected some students who spoke well.
Then they asked technical questions to students according to their branches.
