I was referred by an employee who had me submit my resume through the internal channel. There was a phone call with a recruiter, it was the classic "tell me about a time..." on repeat for 30 minutes. It went well but I got an automatic rejection. Checked linkedin a few weeks later and they hired a member of the LGBTQIA+ community who had no relative experience...

Interview
It was a very long process from the start of having an interview with the recruiter down to the leadership team. The total amount of interviews I had to go through was 6 which I think is very excessive.

The interviewer just asked several questions casually, and seemed like interviewing people is a waste of his time. The process was quick and had no feedback from it.
Pretty annoying.
