Milan started by introducing himself and then the product they are building. He was very keen to answer all my questions regarding the product, the tech stack, and the structure of the company. The last third of the interview was him asking me questions about my experience and my motivations.

Question 1
What was the hardest challenge i faced as a software developer? And what would i do different if i faced the same situation again.
I was invited to stage 1 of the interview process, however nobody from the company attended the call. I waited 15mins meanwhile firing quick email to HR about the situation. Got auto reply that HR is on annual leave. WASTE OF TIME.
