Malayan Insurance Department Head - Senior Manager interview questions

Interviewed by an executive head hunter first, before panel interview by top management. At first, the job descriptions being offered was vague because management is assessing my skill set before offering me the job. Some jobs being offered to me did not exactly match my skill set or what I really desire to achieve, thus I did not accept them. But there was one job that I think I'm fit, and that's the one I got.
