I had a three-step process interview. First initial phone interview with basic questions about background. Second interview you are invited into the office to meet with the department heads and asked more detailed questions revolving around the Malouf values. Third interview you are invited back to tour Malouf and a couple more questions. Everyone was extremely nice and the Malouf office is amazing.

I had a phone interview followed by an in person interview. They were very accommodating as I had other job offers at the time and they shortened their process to make it possible for me to go complete the interviews and choose between offers.
