Mana Products interview questions

The interview was quite interesting. They asked a lot of questions and none of them were related to anything that I needed to do. I love my job and I love being a manager, but sometimes it could be a little too crazy for me in this environment. Just gotta suck it up.

First interview was by phone discussing why I was interested and classic about yourself. Second interview was more technical and asking about lab experience and ideology about failure. We discussed why I was interested what course I taken that are applicable and my ability to be independent in the lab.
