Interview
The initial interview contained a case study component and behavioral analysis questions. It takes approximately one hour to complete. Upon successful completion, you are invited to a second interview. The second interview with 5-6 consultants -- all behavioral analysis questions.

What is health equity?
Explain the strategic planning process (case study).
I submitted a CV and cover letter. Then I had a case interview. Next I had a behavior interview. I talked to multiple people throughout the interview process. The process was fair. There is material online to help you prepare for the case interviews. I recommend doing a practice case.
They held one case interview with two people on it. You got a choice between two cases and about 10 minutes to prepare. Then, the next and last interview was a behavioral interview with a couple of people (individually).
