Thee was no interview process for this position. I was able to obtain this position directly after I graduated from high school. They allowed me to work fifty plus hours a week during the summer from May to August with the option of working at the shop when I came back from school breaks. They were extremely flexible with my schedule and allowed me to take days off during the summer if needed.

Filled out company requirements work sheet. Discussed job description duties required by drivers. Watched driver safety film covering hazardous materials involved in ready mix operation.. Met with safety director.
