Interview
The interview consisted of an online application, group interview involving discussions/a written exercise, then individual interview. The interview process seemed fair and relevant to the job, and I recall the recruitment process was very straightforward and fast - which made a difference for me when choosing which LA to work for.

Interview
Very straightforward - 6 questions, panel of 3 including one practice manager - very friendly. Questions around equality and diversity, managing high workloads - made me feel very welcome - very quick interview
3 part interview, they gave me the chance to interview again after graduating from uni as I didn't score enough, they were supportive it was a 2 part interview process.
