I received the info through someone. I sent resume, and received a phone call from the principal some time afterwards (on the spot interview on phone). After the phone interview, the principal invites the candidate to set up a date where we can have a formal interview in person and learn more about the position, etc. You receive a tour of the school, etc and within a week or so, I had the job.
