First a written test regarding financial knowledge was tested. Then Walk in Interview conducted for qualifyied students by the Director at the company's head office at New Delhi. Interview duration 20 minutes. Basic Mathematics Calculations, Pay off Diagram, Options, Equity, C++ language, Financial Derivative knowledge were the topics touched.

3-4 phase interview, starting with HR, than a senior employee and finally with the senior management. Senior employee tests aptitude, with some fast calculations, than some basic and finance questions. Senior management go through your resume and ask questions based on your skills
