Preliminary zoom meeting with HR. Followed by a longer 45min meeting with the hiring manager and a team member. Next round was/would have been in person with director. All the questions were really negative "give an example of when.." scenarios of generally bad scenarios. No questions about successes or skills.

3 interviews. All done professionally. Process is quite slow though. Took about 2 months to neil down everything. HR tries to be helpful but at the end of the day don't have much control in final outcome.
