Marchex interview questions

I had a phone interview scheduled. The day before, I was sent an automated email asking me to confirm that I could still make it. I ignored it, as it comes off as micromanaging to me. The day of the scheduled phone interview, my interviewer calls me 15 minutes late, saying one of her previous calls went longer than expected. At no point did she let me know beforehand that she'd be late. The company goes out of its way to confirm that I can make it, and yet calls me 15 minutes late. Unprofessional. Apply elsewhere.
