Interview
Really smooth interview process, was sent the interview questions in advance which is a first for me and is a really great idea as it allows you to prepare and communicate important skills and knowledge more thoroughly, especially if you are nervous during the interview. Although I didn’t get the job, the interview panel were lovely and the outcome and feedback was sent not long after the interview. The experience gave me the impression that MCS is a great organisation to work with and I’ll definitely reapply in future.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Marine Conservation Society in Oct 2023
Interview
One interview, 2 interviewers. They asked for us to prepare a presentation about my approach to SEO. Which basically answered questions they then had written down to ask. Not very well thought out interview structure. Interviewers focused more on what the strategy was for the company rather than the experience of the person applying so felt like they were fishing for information or trying to gain tips.
