The most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had during an interview process. The first apparently didn’t like the way I looked. I didn’t fit the profile she was looking for and made it pretty clear pretty quick. She proceeded to have conversations with other people in her office while conducting a virtual interview. As she didn’t get to know me, she had the audacity to give the feedback of “ the candidate try too hard”. Translation I didn’t fit the “profile”. The interview before that was conducted via phone while he was grabbing an Uber to go to the Cubs game. Clearly concentrating on getting to the game more than conducting the interview and getting to know me. Again avoid this company. They are a disaster on many levels and that’s insight from people who work there.
