I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Market Enginuity in May 2026
Interview
From the very first conversation, the recruitment process with Market Enginuity stood out. The communication was clear, personalized, and consistent throughout. They were upfront from the beginning about the process, number of interviews, and compensation structure. No bait and switch, which unfortunately has become more common than it should be in today's hiring landscape.
What impressed me most was the integrity and authentic care they brought all the way through. I made it to the final round as one of two candidates, and even in not being selected, the transparency and professionalism never wavered.
The CEO took the time to reach out personally and share they went with other candidate, and appreciated our time, and it was a tough decision. Which says everything about the environment and the people leading this organization.
How a company treats candidates is a direct reflection of how they treat their clients and the people they serve.
Market Enginuity gets that. In a world that could use a lot more of it, I'd highly recommend them without hesitation.

Interview
Recruiter was great but once I was forwarded to a this young upstart it went do. She asked Way too many questions about 'tell me about time which didn't have any applicability to the job. Then discussed the job duties which really required another hire, not of an account Manager. Finally she expressed concern which was really intimidation of my background. I knew this wasn't a good fit for me and never closed for the job because I didn't want to work for her.
