The interview process was pretty straightforward; HR called me, expressed interest, and asked when I could come in to interview. They set up the interview for a few days later--very quick, based on my experience with other companies.
When I arrived, it became apparent just how unprofessional this organization really is. The front desk clerk had me fill out an amateur-looking "Application for Employment" that seemed targeted to entry-level positions. HR then escorted me to a conference room and said two senior executives would interview me in a few minutes. 30 minutes later, I was still sitting alone.
After 45 minutes (NO exaggeration), one of the gentlemen showed up but said the other was unavailable. He said, "It doesn't matter, we always do two interviews anyway." He then asked some basic questions and seemed very interested. When I asked about the Glassdoor reputation, he stammered then said he had never looked at Glassdoor. We had some additional conversation, and he promised to let me know something in the next week.
Two weeks later, I called HR to follow up. They seemed confused, but said that "they are still deciding but really liked you." A month later, I still heard nothing, so I called back. I wasn't able to reach anyone, and no one returned my calls. I guess that's their way of saying I didn't make the cut.
