Interview
Interview was good, but it was clear they had already decided on a few people from the outset. The interview was about 20 people at once in a sort of assessment day with individual interviews on top. Their feedback was terrible, calling a female applicant out as having 'bubbly personality' to my mind is borderline misogyny on grounds that the wouldn't have been saying that to male candidates, I was furious at that part.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked me to review a technical document which I duly did, and then asked me why it was that particular method was used.
