They utilize the STAR method. The initial phone screen gave great feedback & the in-person interview was a standard process. I spoke with two leaders from the regional Sales Team.

Showed interest, genuine. Prepared and was very honest and upfront with their questions. It wasn't geared as much about my knowledge but who and what I am as a person. Much more difficult to slay that type of interviewing style
