I attended marriott job pair.
They are friendly and not ask much.
Just check the time and availablity.
I asked them to how many people work and do I work alone or team.
Most of time they said I'll work alone.
I feel like got accepted, but I got e-mail from them next day to say 'you are not hired'.
AFter sending the CV and cover letter I got an invite to the interview. One interview with the head of department, questions relevant to the job - experience, expectations etc. Pretty straightforward. The hotel has closed since then.

I applied online and within a week or two, I was contacted by HR to come in to do the interview. Consisted of a 30 minute interview with housekeeping manager and a quick tour of the hotel.
