Job was posted via intranet and email was received letting me know my qualifications meet the requirements. I then chose to post for the position. Within a week of my posting I was contacted by the Recruiting manager to schedule an interview. The interview was set for within 3 business days. I met with the department manager and two other different group managers that work closely with hiring manager. Each one spent 45mins to 1hr with me. The questions were more "character" based. There was a lot of emphasis on what I had done in my current position that I felt I could bring to my new position. After 2.5 hours meeting with all three people I was thanked for my time and told i would be contacted by the end of the week. I was called 2 days later to finalize the hiring process.
