i conducted two phone interviews- mostly to get a feel for my personality and timeliness. then 2 in person interviews, with the implication that if you made it to the second interview you've made the cut. within a week of that interview you receive (or not) the conditional job offer, based on the results of a drug test and background check. from the first call to the job offer was probably just over 2 weeks.

My interview process was a very positive experience! It felt very relaxed, but professional. Doug greeted me with a smile which made it all the more it easy to smile back. Every day I find it more and more Easier to smile from working at the Marriott from every team member carrying this tradition.
