I am still in the interview process but have had my first interview. Met with the current General Manager for the General Manager position. It was a very laid back interview. He was told to interview me by the Regional Vice President. In order to proceed, I have to complete online "tests" and will be contacted by the RVP if my results are what they are looking for.
