I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Marriott International (Elizabeth, NJ) in Feb 2016
Interview
Straight to the point, STAR questions. Make sure you do your Homework on hotels and GM's that you will be working with. Bring in as many reports and hard copies of anything sales related that you have worked on in your previous roles.
I applied through other source. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Marriott International (Austin, TX)
Interview
Straightforward, thorough. The format is smart and invocative. There is a recruiter who will reach out to you for an initial call, then an assessment, then a call or in-person interview with your department leader, then your property leader and HR.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Marriott International (London, England) in Aug 2022
Interview
First, there was a virtual interview with my manager and later an in-person interview with her and the head of the department. They were very friendly and made me feel at ease. Also, since the interview wasn't with a HR person, the vibe and the questions felt different and suited me better.
