Interview
You'll be interviewed by the director of sales and then the regionals if it's a regional position. Have a lot of REAL life examples available.
For sales jobs - talk about your successes in past jobs and what you can bring with you (current book of business/connections are a plus).
ABOVE ALL - Marriott is VERY conservative (dress-wise). Wear a jacket no matter what (+ tie for men). For women, dress in a suit with pantyhose (not kidding) and very simple jewelry. Closed toe shoes always. From the GM to the front desk.

A recruiter call me for a five to six question scenario interview. They followed up within the days for a follow up interviews. Two similarly styled in person interviews and team meet and greet.

Apply on company website. Online questionnaire. Phone Interview. In-person interview with the hiring managers. The in-person interview was very in depth as far as questioning past experiences and how they were handled. Seems like a great company to work for with wonderful benefits. The only negative: Was not given a clear estimate on when they would be filling the position which was frustrating.
