I had my first interview with the manager of the department on Sunday. After my first interview, I was given an application to fill out. I had my second interview with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager on Wednesday. After my second interview I signed consent papers for drug test and background check. Just waiting to hear when I go for the drug test and the results of the background check.

Straight forward and quick. The process is formal and informative. You speak with a recruiter and if you make it past this you meet with a supervisor. The overall process is easy and straightforward.

Easy and friendly, enjoyed working with the management and restaurant staff while employed throughout going to college. Did not ask invasive questions and appeared to pay attention to everything I’ve said during interview by questions asked

STAR / behavioral interview. Be prepared with examples to fit the STAR. Dress professionally. Interview was on site and very personable manager and HR. There is an assessment as part of the application process.
