As with all Marriott interviews, follows the STAR process (situational interviews). Come prepared with a Situation/Task, Action and Result from past applicable experiences to roughly 8-10 questions that will be asked!

After Applying and taking the behavior test online, the there were two interviews. The recruiter called first and talked about initial behavior etc then after they approved you had your Interview with the Hiring Manager
