First, you will be telephone screened like most organization today do. If you sound sane, you will be asked to come in for an interview. Your best bet is to answer everything honestly and show concern for other people. It is the hospitality business, so you must have patience and empathy to fit in.

It was online, the job was listed as remote, I applied because of the remote position, so I was a bit disappointed in the fact that they stated that it was for a relocation, and unfortunately, I couldn't do it. The interviewer didn't put the camera on which was a bit weird, but was kind and clear.
