The interview process is well structured and follows a pattern. If you are a current Marriott Employee ask your manager for the interview form as the questions are always the same and this will give you the opportunity to prepare well.

Interview
Phone interview at first. Then presented myself at the front desk and was interviewed by Front Office Manager. Afterwards, had a second interview with human resources director, which asked for referrals.
