I applied and on the same day I received an email asking if I was available to meet with them.They called it a meeting. My meeting was the very next day. Just a casual meeting of the two managers I would work with. The director of the department was out of country so that is way they didn't conduct a interview. We talked about my experience and college.

I applied online, received a phone call from the Director of the group 2 days after applying. The phone call was to schedule the in-person interview for the following week. There was no phone interview, just a brief description of the position, the salary - which is non-negotiable - and how the interview is - STR method. The interview was with the Director and one more person from the sales team. They went back and forth asking the behavioral questions, allowing me to think about my answers, ask questions if I wasn't sure how to answer or if I didn't understand the question correctly. They made me feel very comfortable and gave me feedback on my answers right away, since it was my first STR interview. The next day I got the call with the offer.
