The interviews were direct and they ask questions directly with a lot of possible situations to see how you will react or what the answers will be. The time lapse of each interview was in average 1 hour. However, the last one was shorter the manager talked most of the time and asks direct questions.

Applied online, was interviewed by Director of rooms, Housekeeping Manager and Assistant Housekeeping Manager. A week later, I did the final interview with Director of operations and was offered the job later that day
