Interview
Two-level process. Application and hiring manager's meeting. If you receive the interview invitation, you should wear dress attire since it is a hospitality administration job The manager opened the conversation to describe my experiences. Provided references. Offer letter.
They used the STAR method at that time. I found the people nice but the questions were too structured. I was not interested in the job itself after leaving the interview.
