I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Marriott International in Nov 2024
Interview
I participated in a digital interview through 'HireVue', almost immediately after applying. I dedicated about 30-45 minutes to it but it doesn't take that long to complete. If I remember correctly, you recorded yourself answering a series of questions (around 3 or 4) about why you would be a good fit, what main areas of the hospitality industry are you interested in, etc. I thought I did well. I received an email saying I had moved forward in the process and then was asked to pick locations and departments in which I would like to work. I was asked to then complete an online assessment. I didn't move forward after that. I am unsure if there are "right" or "wrong" answers for the assessment as it is pretty subjective but I guess they might not have liked what I had put.
