First had an online interview with the head of the team, and they said it went really well. After the weekend, the second interview was scheduled for a culture fit in their office. This was a pretty relaxed conversation that also felt very positive. Throughout the whole process, they stressed that it was more than okay to not have specific experience and they would teach me when I started it. They also asked if I was around for the holidays, and were very pleased when I said I was. To me the experience was very positive, until two days later I got an email that said they are not moving forward because of lack of experience. This seemed out of the blue, especially in light of their assurances, and they provided no additional feedback.
