Marsh Risk User Experience Graduate Program interview questions

There were two interviewers from the Düsseldorf office who were very nice. They didn't have many questions for me but were basically looking for a mid-level designer but to work as a graduate. Sent two follow-up emails and nothing.... the recruiter was in Poland so communication was hard. No wonder the position has been up for four months now
