Marshall ISD interview questions

I was called on the phone and asked would i like to teach history or english. I told them that I was more comfortable with history and would like to teach 6th grade. I had already taught 7th and 8th and knew those were grades that I did not enjoy teaching

The process was several rounds of interviews by multiple people within district. It started with a group of 3 in board room. Then it progressed the next week with a group of 8 principals and you go round in a circle and answer questions from each principal about your skills and the principals decide if you are right fit for their campus. Then in a few days you are offered the job. Very lengthy process to say the least.
