The interview process was very easy I got a call that they wanted to do an interview then I went. They ask you different questions I went through two interviews on the same day.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Marshalls in Feb 2015

Fairly easy interview but when I went in to interview they did not even know who was supposed to interview me. I waited for around 10 minutes until I was finally called back for a interview which took 5 minutes and then told I would hear back. They called me a few days later and when I called back no one knew who called me.
Was asked about where I saw myself in 5 years, past customer service experience, etc. If you list a language be prepared to speak it in the interview - especially Spanish or French
Applied online they called me and did a phone screening, and then invited me for an in person interview with the store manager. Process was simple and quick, and had no issues with any portion of the entire process.
