Fast return after online application submitted. Briefly spoke on the phone with recruiter, moved onto a one hour virtual meeting with hiring manager. Awkward conversation because I expected questions - behavioral, competency, anything - but had to drive the conversation myself. Radio silence for over a month.

I received an email asking to setup a phone interview, had the phone interview, was told I should hear back soon, never heard back. The interviewer was not at all personable and it made for an awkward and uncomfortable interview. I feel like she wasn't even listening to me. She would hardly respond to what I just said and would just go right into the next question. It sounded like she hated her job and made me less interested in working there. I will not be applying there ever again.
