It was an easy process that i highly enjoyed, recruiter was nice and made things simple. She made me want a job there, and could start right away. Company vehicle and phone with gas card.
Amazing experience. The interview process was fast and fairly simple. My contacts at MasTec explained pay scale, training, and advancement possibilities in great detail. I’m looking forward to starting and plan on sticking around for a while.
I Was contacted for Phone interview, the interview lasted around 15-30min. Basic questions. I received email that same day with job offer and instructions for completing new hire paperwork. The next day I received instructions/paperwork via FedEx to complete drug test. Once all was completed I began training two weeks later. Was a quick and painless process. I was pleased that the interview and new hire process was all completed by phone and email.
