Interview process is straight forward.
Hiring process is a little slow.
It would take them weeks altogether to give you any sort of confirmation.
There would be 2-3 rounds minimum.
HR round would be optional.
Hiring manager will do everything end to end.
Tech round, salary negotiation etc.

There were a lot of technical questions and understanding of being a team player.
Usually 1-2 rounds depending on department, position etc., Interviews are very friendly and will ask questions regarding the job itself. HR will stay focused on behavioral questions. The English exam provided online is very difficult. Not sure if anyone passes it.

Interview
Initially i got call from HR they referred me to team manager of the bank. He took my 2nd round of interview than he referred me to Floor Manager, after that he discussed about their bank's environment and salary.
Too lengthy process around 4 times i was interviewed for a simple job of Processor.
