They called and set up a skype interview and conducted the process through there. They asked a variety of questions about previous work experience previous experience working with kids etc.
Filled out their online application on their website and heard back within 2 weeks. Did a 30 minute Zoom interview with the camp director where I spoke about prior experiences, answered questions about how I would handle hypothetical situations, and asked questions about the daily responsibilities of the position.
